Organizations, Enterprise and Trust
A major feature of all human relationships, particularly in organizations, is trust. Trust is considered to be an essential ingredient in organizational citizenship behavior ethics and cooperation, which all have important influences on individual and group performance. I study what influences people in organizations to trust and how trust affect performance in different organizational contexts and organizations. I hope that this knowledge will help us design more efficient, effective and rewarding organizations from new high tech enterprises to public organizations.
